The Sunset Alley is a multi-level retail project on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, CA. It will feature a diverse mix of over 30 restaurants, retailers and fitness studios in a complex 2-story development. The project design has very modern massing with angled roofs and cantilevered boxes but with more aged textures and materials like reclaimed wood and gray brick. It has a 3-story parking structure directly behind it.
